Ntokozo Gwala is the Chief Excutive Officer and co-founder of Thembanathi Group. He is miles ahead ofhis peers, boasting a string of academic qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), national teaching diploma, nationa; marketing waves, in recruited the right people for the correct positions at the right time.
Thandeka Gambushe is a Skills and Training Manager at Thembanathi. To get the right mix of skills and experience, sometimes it boils down to the proper training. As a livewire, she has grown in the human resource management field, moving from being an HR to a training manager. Interestingly she is a tech bovine by training. She uses her knowledge of Information Technology to leverage her role as an HR specialist.
Nobuhle Ngcobo is the cofounder and Chief Operation Officer of Thembanathi Group. She’s very passionate about all matters of service delivery as she boasts a decade of experience firearm facilitator. She is also a qualified health and safety officer National key point’s protection. She has contributed to the leading security companies in KwaZuluNatal and beyond.
Njabulo Ndlovu is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Thembanathi. He has played the game of balancing the numbersfor over 20 years. Yet, he adds more just the numbers at Thembanathi but the depth and heightened understanding of business finance. He boasts of balancing books of multinationals such as Old Mutual, Tenox Management Consultancy and the KwaZuluNatal Municipal Provident Fund, amongst others.
